I am excited to welcoming ROSS STAMBAUGH (Authorized Level 2 Ashtanga Yoga Teacher (ashtanga.yoga.ross)
at Ashtanga Yoga Shala.
Ross is an authorized teacher who learned ashtanga yoga directly under the teachings of Saraswathi Jois in Mysore, India. He makes annual trips to India to continue his studies and has assisted Saraswathi on multiple occasions.
Ross seeks to preserve the traditional Ashtanga method by maintaining a daily practice and teaching his students with the same integrity and patience that was taught to him by his teachers.
He teaches Ashtanga Yoga Workshops internationally, and welcomes a chance to work with you and your yoga practice.
Ross is a 20+ year veteran of the Ashtanga lineage. He is the author of “Ashtanga Svādhyāya: Student Study Guide” and “The Yoga Sutra Flipbook “. Apart from having a daily Ashtanga yoga practice, Ross has been a collegiate swimmer, judoka, and mountain climber. He is a retired public school teacher and holds a post-master’s degree in education. He enjoys walking his dogs, Kali and Brie and is an avid motorcyclist.

according to your personal level under the guidance of Ross)
> 9:30-11:00am- LED-CLASS (guided full primary series)
> 11:30-13:30pm - WORKSHOP "Arm balances and inversions"
If you enjoy being upside down or looking to improve your arm balancing skills, then
learn new techniques combined with strength. The focus is developing proprioceptive skills (how to move and maintain position in time and space) with focus and balance.

> Drop-In for Mysore: 25€ (10€ for Ashtanga Yoga Shala Students owning a "5 or 10 point pass")
> Drop-In for LED-Class: 25€ (10€ for Ashtanga Yoga Shala Students owning a "5 or 10 point pass")

Tanzmeer, Möhringer Str. 41, 70199 Stuttgart (Hinterhaus) - 300m away from Shala) - we will let you know on time about the venue.
Cancellation policy:
A binding registration takes place with the payment. In case of cancellation by the participant, the following participation fees will be refunded:
- up to 1 week before: 50%
- In case of a later cancellation a refund is not possible.
Minimum participants: 5
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop.
